The Amada HFA700CII is an automatic column style bandsawing machine. This 15 HP sawing machine comes with a 2-5/8″ blade, automatic positioned guide arm, CNC controlled down feed and vibration damping rollers.

The Beneficial Hard Metal Concept

Robust fully automatic band saw for use of hard metal and bimetal saw blades in stable column design for economic cutting of large workpieces in all material qualities, including Inconel, Hastelloy and Titan. Easy operation with cutting length programming and automatic adjustment of the saw feed via CNC control.

Convincing hard metal concept with additional third blade guide when trim cutting and lifting of the saw blade after successful cutting for improved blade lifetime. Process reliability thanks to cutting accuracy monitor.
