
The Uni-Max® HV from UNIST is an automated lubrication system designed to deliver precise, repeatable amounts of grease to lubrication points or during assembly processes.
Capable of controlling up to 12 grease outputs, the Uni-Max® HV automates applications that would otherwise be performed manually and delivers the required amount of lubricant at configurable intervals. This helps prevent downtime caused by insufficient lubrication, improve grease application consistency, and simplify repetitive lubrication tasks.
Proper lubrication of wear points is essential to reliable equipment operation. Manual grease application, however, can be time-consuming and make it more difficult to maintain consistent lubrication quantities and intervals.
The Uni-Max® HV automates this process by dispensing a controlled amount of grease at the required intervals. It can also be integrated into assembly processes requiring precise, repeatable grease application.
