The Vortex™ delivers accurate mixing ratios from 1:1 to 99:1 at flow rates between 1.5 and 5 gallons per minute. Built to handle a variety of fluids—including machining coolants, stamping lubricants, mold release agents, and grinding fluids.
Patent-pending vacuum sensing technology maintains precise mixing, outperforming traditional venturi systems—even under fluctuating water pressure.
The Vortex™ simplifies fluid preparation by allowing operators to select the required mix ratio and batch size directly from its digital interface. The system can be used to manually fill containers, replenish holding tanks, or supply a central fluid system.
The Vortex™ provides precise water-to-concentrate ratios from 1:1 to 99:1. The system is designed to deliver consistent and repeatable mix ratios according to application requirements.
The digital interface allows operators to quickly set the mix ratio and batch size. Once the desired settings have been entered, simply start the mixing cycle.
The Vortex™ uses patent-pending vacuum sensing technology to maintain precise mixing, outperforming traditional venturi systems even under fluctuating water pressure.
The Vortex™ uses an in-line static mixer to ensure a complete blend of water and concentrate.

Monitor usage and ensure mixing accuracy

In-line static mixer ensures a complete blend

Prevent tampering with mix settings

Track total fluid consumption

Easy manual filling of containers

Automatically deliver mixture to holding tanks

Automatically deliver mixture to a central fluid supply
The system is designed to constantly monitor the mixing operation and create an alarm condition if a fault occurs. The Vortex™ features a warning light as well as an alarm notification to quickly troubleshoot issues.
