UNIST Multi-Tube Quick Connect
QUICK AND EASY IN-DIE LUBRICATION CONNECTION
The UNIST Multi-Tube Quick Connect™ is a quick-connect system designed to simplify the connection of in-die lubrication lines in metal stamping applications. With a single, easy-to-use connection point for up to 30 nozzles, it allows operators to disconnect and reconnect lubrication lines in seconds during die changeovers.
Designed specifically for UNIST Airless Spray Nozzles and Low Volume Spray Nozzles, the Multi-Tube Quick Connect™ allows lubrication nozzles to remain permanently mounted in the dies. Integrated leak-free valves ensure dripless performance when disconnected, helping minimize downtime and streamline production changeovers.
Connections
Tube connections are effortlessly secured using pre-installed push-to-connect fittings. Each nozzle location within the Multi-Tube Quick Connect™ is clearly identified by the column and row headings etched into the die or supply side block. Integrated check valves stop fluid leakage when the die and supply block are disconnected.

Combine the Multi-Tube Quick Connect™ with Unist’s SmartFlow® programmable fluid controller for unrivaled control. The SmartFlow® allows individual control of each fluid output, providing maximum configuration flexibility. With storage for up to 250 jobs, changeovers are seamless—simply switch the Multi-Tube Quick Connect and select the next job.
