The UNIST Aluminium Sheet Lubrication System is designed to apply an even and controlled coating of lubricant to metal sheets used in forming operations. Particularly suited for sheet-fed presses in can end-making applications, it provides lubrication on one or both sides of the stock while reducing fluid consumption and improving productivity.
Equipped with the programmable SmartFlow® controller and patented internally-fed applicator rollers, the system ensures precise and consistent lubricant distribution across the entire width of each sheet. The rollers are typically driven by the sheet feed system to synchronize their operation with the press rate. Its monitoring and programming capabilities facilitate lubrication control and integration into production lines.
Originally designed for easy integration into multi-die production lines, the UNIST Aluminium Sheet Lubrication System is particularly suited for sheet-fed presses used in can end-making applications. Equipped with the programmable SmartFlow® controller and patented internally-fed applicator rollers, it delivers a precise and consistent amount of lubricant across metal sheets. The rollers are typically driven by the sheet feed system to synchronize their operation with the press rate.
Sheet-Fed Can End Making

The SmartFlow® provides full-featured monitoring of critical parameters such as fluid level, pressure and flow
Directly measure how much fluid your process is consuming with advanced fluid tracking. Work smarter and know your exact lubricant cost per part

The job setup wizard guides users through creating a job. Once created, simply increase or decrease the amount of lubricant desired for quick fine tuning of lubricant coatings.
