VICAFIL TFA Lubricants for Aluminium Electric Cables Drawing

CONDAT oils intended for drawing aluminium wires are formulated from bases with viscosities below 150 cSt to offer:

• Minimum residue levels
• Improved filterability with better separation of aluminium fines
• Reduced consumption through reduction in drag out on the wires
• Easy pumping

The VICAFIL TFA range contains selected additives to extend service life, thus reducing total operational costs. In addition, CONDAT also offers water-soluble concentrates that can be used for drawing copper wires as well as aluminium : VICAFIL TAL range.

• Rod breakdown drawing, from Ø 9.50mm :
  • Multi-purpose semi-synthetic oil for round wire in aluminium and aluminium alloys
  • High-performance semi-synthetic oil for wire and sections in aluminum and aluminum alloys
• Intermediate drawing, less than Ø 1.50mm :
  • Multi-purpose semi-synthetic oil for round wire in aluminium and aluminium alloys
  • Fluid oil used for very fine wires or to adjust the viscosity
  • Highly lubricating semi-synthetic micro-emulsion, which can be used for drawing copper wires as well as aluminium. Very clean surface condition.
