• Simply treadle the foot switch, and the machine will perform automatic workpiece clamping,automatic oil spray, and automatic cutting,safely and without effort.
• Concealed saw blade performs cutting from bottom to top.It allows for the cutting of a Single workpiece or multiple workpieces simultaneously.
• Automatic oil mist spray during cutting provides cooling and lubrication effect.
• Cutting feed is driven by a hydraulic-pneumatic cylinder for extremely stable cutting speed.
• The machine cabinet painting is baked by high temperature of 200 degree (Powder coating) for resisting bumping without paint peeling off.
• The machine can conduct 90° cut-off.
• Workpieces clamping pressure is adjustable.

After the saw blade moves upward for cutting, table moves to right and left for retracting 2mm, then the saw blade lower to it's home position. This special design may avoid return-cutting. while ensuring fine surface of cut and cutting accuracy.

Two sets of hold down clamps on the worktable make the machine able to compact clamp the material, which is more suitable for cutting irregular stock. This design allows for independent adjustment of clamping speed and clamping pressure.

4. The worktable extends 700mm and the size measurement fence is installed, suitable for short material sawing, especially for heat sink fin.

6. The convenient door for saw blade replacing. Open the side door to replace the blade. The door can load the whole blade and there won't be any inconvenience for the blade installation as those A typed machine.
7. Chip Outlet Port
   The chips are exhausted through this outlet port. It eliminates inconvenient cleaning for those chip deposited in the machine.

The vacuum oil mist unit employs vacuum generation principle to transform cutting fluid into oil mist for splashing. It provides lubrication and cooling functions, ensuring no dust deposit and saw blade, high cutting accuracy and long service life of saw blade.

The saw blade spindle is heat treated and plated for greatly increasing the spindle life.
