Micromag HP80 Compact Magnetic Filter

LMicromag HP80 magnetic filter provides all the benefits of the standard Micromag unit such as rapid return on investment, quality and cost improvements in comparions to traditional media filters such as cartridges, band filters, socks and paper media but a stainless steel construction ensures it is suitable for use on higher pressure fluid delivery filtration applications and can be used in arduous applications such as exposure to harsh chemicals.

As a high pressure filter, it is ideal for high-pressure through-spindle coolant delivery filtration applications, where flow channels are restricted and the smallest of ferrous particles can cause damage to seals, spindles and and cause blockages which can lead to cutting tool or drill burning. Micromag HP80 magnetic filter or coolant separator includes a high strength Neodymium magnetic core which ensures that even the finest particles are removed, leaving clean or polished cutting fluids or lubricants to return to the machine.

Using the supplied cleaning tool, a fully contaminated core can be cleaned in under 30 seconds! Leaving you with only the metallic particles, which can be easily disposed of, no dirty cartridges!
