UNIST MicroTrace™ 5500 is an advanced vanishing lubricant designed for Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) systems. It provides the lubrication required during machining while leaving a virtually dry surface after the operation.
Specifically formulated for aluminum, MicroTrace™ 5500 is particularly well suited for pre-painted or anodized parts because it evaporates after machining without leaving an oily residue. It can also be used on steel, stainless steel, and brass, helping reduce cleaning before secondary processes.
