The director will have the mandate to ensure the good management and performance of everything that is not directly commercial (sales development), marketing and financial. You will oversee:
- Management of operations : Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of the various divisions and services under your responsibility (production, customer service operations)
- Supplies and inventories : Ensure strategic and optimal management of purchases and inventories
- Human resources management: Coordinate, mobilize and participate in the development of human resources under your wing (7 people): such as hiring, health and safety, needs planning, training, disciplines, etc.
- Management of profitability and growth of the company : Develop and analyze performance indicators. Improve the effectiveness of results. Manage projects (quotes-cost-controls). Actively participate with the management committee in the development, implementation and monitoring of the company's development and growth strategies.
