The Wavy Sharp Blade provides a nearly dust-free cut through low-density foams and for cutting some medium-density foams.
Its penetrating abilty makes the Wavy blade ideal for cutting fabric and other fibrous materials. This is mostly due to the blade’s razor-sharp crests, which can slice through material without pulling at the individual fibers like a toothed blade might.

Pitch is the distance from point to point. Our standard Wavy Edge blades are double beveled with a 3/4” pitch. However, a 1/2” pitch is also available upon request.
