The combined drilling + sawing CPFC220 is suitable for any type of profile: round, square, rectangular and any type of ALUMINIUM flat iron. The operator loads the profile into the feed clamp and can start production automatically. Depending on your production rates and the width of your bars and profiles, we can propose a device with one or two heads, a 220mm or 420mm wide vice.

To optimise your production tools and increase your productivity, we have developed a versatile 2-in-1 machine tool: a drilling and sawing centre for aluminium. This “all-in-one” combination allows the drilling and sawing of flats, rounds, tubes and profiles.

Discover our CPFC ALU 220 automatic drilling and sawing centre (SUHNER head) with 2 axes X and Y. Suitable for medium and large production runs, this combination is equipped with a VISUMATIC type conveyor/feeder. You can manufacture bars of several metres long in order to obtain a finished or semi-finished product drilled to the defined length.
