The UNIST Powered Roller Cart™ is a mobile roller lubrication system designed to apply a uniform, controlled layer of lubricant to blank stock used in stamping applications. A single operator can lubricate both sides of the stock, while sensors detect the presence of blanks to ensure fluid is applied only when needed.
Combining a SmartFlow® fluid controller, a powered roller lubricator, and a fluid supply system on a single mobile station, the Powered Roller Cart™ can easily be moved between press lines. It helps reduce manual lubrication, fluid consumption, and scrap while ensuring consistent lubricant application.
The Powered Roller Cart™ efficiently lubricates blank stock before it enters the press. Powered rollers feed the stock through the system and apply lubricant evenly to one or both sides. This controlled application helps extend die life, reduce scrap, and improve part quality.
