The LESTHER P2-460 VV and P2-600 VV semi-automatic band saws are designed for cutting structural steel, H-beams, square tubing, and heavy structural profiles in metal fabrication and processing facilities. Their double miter design allows straight and angled cuts to the left and right without repositioning the workpiece. They offer 90° straight cutting, bilateral 45° and 30° with quick angle adjustments.
Equipped with a high-rigidity scissor-type pivot structure (Scissor Type / Pivot Type) and precision rotating turntable, these machines provide stability and precision when cutting large metal workpieces. Their semi-automatic operation simplifies sawing operations and helps reduce material handling while improving efficiency in metal fabrication applications.
The swiveling saw frame allows 90°, 45°, and 30° cuts to the left and right, with quick angle adjustments. This configuration eliminates the need to flip the workpiece when cutting in either direction, reducing material handling and setup time.
The heavy-duty scissor-type pivot frame provides excellent resistance to torsion and vibration during cutting. It maintains frame stability and promotes accurate, consistent cuts, even when working with large metal workpieces under demanding conditions.
The hydraulic vises securely hold the workpiece on both sides of the cutting area. Their powerful clamping action minimizes material movement during cutting, reduces the risk of slipping, and helps extend blade life.
A motor-driven wire brush continuously removes chips accumulated between the blade teeth. This cleaning action reduces chip buildup in the sawing mechanism and helps maintain blade performance and service life.
The blade guiding system combines needle bearings and tungsten carbide guide pads to keep the blade on its cutting path. This design promotes stability and cutting accuracy, particularly during angled cuts and when working with large metal profiles.
A graduated angle scale makes it easy to read and set cutting angles. The locking mechanism holds the saw frame at the selected angle to ensure repeatable cutting operations.
