Single pulse cutting cancels the vibrations that occur during the penetration force. This technology decreases cutting resistance while increasing blade life and cutting rates. Increased blade life is now guaranteed without sacrificing productivity. Moreover, this new pulse unit enables to reduce noises.
With Pulse Cutting Technology AMADA first-time succeeded offering a fully automatic bandsaw machine, which eliminates unwanted vibrations during bandsawing. With this eliminization an enhancement of the cut performance and also a raise of the bandsaw blade lifetime will be reached.
In face of the performance enhancement the sound pressure level, that occurs while sawing stainless materials, is reduced by more than 10 dB. As a consequence an optimum of profitability and an improvement of the working environment is obtained at once.
