Industry leading punching efficiency is achieved with a new high tech hydraulic power pack. The speed of the punching units are automatically adjusted by the software based upon the diameter of the hole to be punched and the material being processed.
Each punching tool has its own press cylinder and independent positioning system. This independent design permits the tools that are not being used to be positioned to the next required gauge line location in masked time.
The innovative hydraulic power pack design minimizes the shearing cycle. The force and speed of the shearing process is automatically managed by the CNC control based upon the material size being cut.
The marking of pieces is possible with a fully programmable marking press or the traditional cartridge style system.
The new generation hydraulic power pack allows for the automatic CNC controlled adjustment of the presses operational pressure.
The improved, high speed rack and pinion material positioning system processes angles at speeds up to 120 mt/min (395 FPM) .
A unique automatic roller hold-down system constantly keeps the material securely clamped even during positioning. Each independent punching unit has two hold-downs, one before and one after the punch tool to better guarantee gauge line accuracy.
Thanks to a laser device positioned on the infeed conveyor it is possible to exactly measure the material stock length prior to processing.
A unique material loading system automatically lowers the next required stock length material onto the infeed conveyor.
All our lines can be configured with infeed and outfeed cross transfer tables to allow automatic loading/unloading of stock lengths and finished parts.
